Thank you for a beautiful show. It was so nice to see the message hasn’t changed since I traveled in 1980-81. It was the first time i was able to bring bring my children (ages 13 and 12) since my stroke. I wish i could say “Thank you” in the language of each country represented by your cast. It was a great feeling and brought back such vivid memories.
I am the grateful grandmother of a 2009-A cast member who is so very appreciative of the boundless benefits of having spent six months, not only traveling to wonderful new places but even more important, learning from and making new friends from far-away lands. She loved and learned from 21 or so different gracious host families. And of course the public service that they perform turns out, in the long run, to be more valuable to the giver than to the given. She loves music and singing and she got to do a lot of that. As for me… I have loved every minute. Watching her joy has been my joy. Thank you “Up With People”.
